Log into your NutriChef account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
